ITO is an exclusive peer-to-peer lender established in 2009 which connects active investors to borrowers. We work with individuals and companies who have £100,000+ to invest. The fund is managed by fully qualified, experienced bankers whom have a wealth of industry knowledge from both a lending and investing background. This enables them to provide investors with up-to-date analysis of their investment portfolio and active management of all aspects of investments. ITO is built on values and morals of traditional banking with case by case assessment of investments and no decisions computer driven.
Qualified and Experienced management
The fund is managed by Ekum Todd and his daughter Annabel Todd whom are fully qualified, experienced bankers with over 40 years industry experience. They work closely with other lenders, investors and other industry professionals to ensure all investment decisions and recommendations are fully justified.
We lend to lenders
Although we treat each investment as it is being lent direct, we have another layer of security for Investors. We lend to the lenders. This allows ITO to take guarantees from the lender along with the security associated with the end borrower. See How We Work for more information.
We have a strict loan-to-value policy, never exceeding 60% but in most cases being below 50%. This ensures the security held more than covers the invests made. To take it one step further, each investor is named personally on the charge, ensuring you have a direct claim to the underlying assets backing your investment.
Above market returns
Pricing is assessed on a case by case basis but each investment currently has a flat rate of 10%. We price according to risk therefore, throughout the entire term of the investment, risk is assessed and if it has increased from the initial offering, the pricing will be amended accordingly.
Commitment of under 12 months.
We specialise in property lending and development on terms of up to 12 months…this ensures your money isn’t tied up for too long.
Zero losses to date
Managing risk is paramount at ITO, all investments are analysed and assessed on a case by case basis with no system generated decisions. Each investment opportunity presented to Investors has been ruthlessly scrutinised and if it does not meet the standards, ITO do not invest. It is that simple. This ensure no excessive risk taking and ensuring the quality of the investments and securities are of high standard.

“I have a real passion for Banking and Finance and having worked in the Industry for over 6 years I decided to address my other burning desire which was to be involved in the start-up and growth of a company. Although ITO has been established for over 5 years it is a fantastic and exciting place to be as I can see lots of opportunity for growth and development which will give it a different stance and offering to other Investment firms. I can’t wait to progress the Consultancy and Business Angels arms further as I feel this will add a real variety to ITO and it’s offerings”
